Light filled living room with high ceilings and skylight leads to the beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample built ins. Ideal location near the beach, Rose Ave, Abbot Kinney and everything Venice has to offer. The space Your bedroom is a primary room with an attached private full bathroom. The bathroom has the W/D in it and is respectfully accessed by the host and other long-term guests/roommates only to wash clothes. The room has high ceilings, a ceiling fan, a queen size bed, and a closet. Some storage is available as well. Guest access Guest can access the living room, kitchen, and patio. Patio is semi-private, shared with neighbor in our duplex. I sometimes WFH in the living room. Anyone is welcome to WFH, calls are welcome in the common areas during work hours.
