Enjoy four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living areas—plenty of space for everyone. Take the kayaks out on the canal or use the beach gear for a day at the shore. Inside, an arcade system with thousands of two‑player games offers fun for all ages. The space Welcome to our home in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood close to great dining, retail, and entertainment. The property sits on a wide canal with direct Gulf access—perfect for watching jumping fish, casting a line, enjoying boats passing by, or spotting the occasional dolphin or manatee. Relax in the private, screened in pool overlooking the canal. The pool is heated year round to 85°, offering a refreshing swim in any season. The pool cage helps keep out most debris, though during rainy season you may notice a few small bugs afterward. A pool net is provided for your convenience. For outdoor fun, we offer four bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, a small cooler, and pool floats. You’ll also have access to two 10’ kayaks for exploring the canal. Please return them to the kayak rack after use—if left on the dock, they may float away during high tide, and a $400 replacement fee per kayak will apply. We’re family friendly and provide helpful amenities including a pack n play with mattress and sheets, an audio baby monitor, children’s dishes and bibs, books, a Bumbo chair with tray, outlet covers, stroller, and a baby bath support. Inside, you’ll find three smart TVs—one in each living room and one in the lanai—so you can enjoy a movie or the game while grilling by the pool. All TVs are Roku-enabled with apps like Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hulu. A dedicated workspace with a monitor and a coffee bar is available for your morning caffeine fix or remote work needs. We use unscented free & clear laundry detergent and provide a starter kit with four rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dishwasher pods. A gas grill is available for your use; please clean it immediately after cooking. A $50 cleaning fee applies if it is not cleaned at checkout. Each guest receives a personal door code active only during their stay. For security, exterior cameras monitor the driveway, front entrance, canal, pool area, and there is one camera inside the garage. The pool camera will be disabled during your stay and may be unplugged if you prefer—just plug it back in at checkout. Tampering with the cameras or Wi Fi will result in a $1,000 fee. If you plan to bring an RV or boat trailer, please message us before booking. The city requires special permits for parking recreational vehicles in the driveway, with a 10 day maximum. We’re happy to help you obtain the necessary permits at no additional cost. Guest access Entire house, garage, pool, and yard available to guests. There are some personal items locked inside the garage so please do not tamper with locked cabinets.
