Located at the exit of Die, with a breathtaking view of the Vercors, at the foot of the forest, this lot brings together two eco-construction accommodations, independent on the same property: a main cottage that can accommodate up to 15 people and an old vineyard shed renovated into a mini-loft for up to 5 people. Each has its own access and amenities, while remaining close to each other. Please don't hesitate to contact us for as many details as possible. The space The main building, built with mainly local and natural materials — earth, straw, wood, stone — is organized around a large 100 m² living room, overlooked by a walkable net. Its large, fully equipped kitchen opens onto an 80 m² wooden terrace with panoramic views of the Vercors and direct access to the grounds, which extend towards the forest. Under the linden tree, the old vineyard shed has been renovated into a separate mini-loft, with a large floor-to-ceiling window, echoing the main building. It includes its own kitchen, shower room, toilet, two mezzanines for sleeping, as well as an adjoining caravan included in the capacity of the mini-loft. Located in Die, 2 km from the town center, the place is a short walk from the river and in close proximity to outdoor activities: tree climbing, canyoning, canoeing and kayaking, via ferrata, and climbing. Important notes: - The shed is not always available this summer. If in doubt, contact us. - We accept pets under certain conditions. If you are coming with pets, talk to the owner! Guest access at 1050 route d'Ausson, take the track to the top, please do not park at the neighbors'. It's possible to park six cars.
