Cozy old house centrally located in Middelfart

An older house and here you get something for your money, nice enclosed garden. Sun almost 360 degrees. (when it shines). The house is on two floors and is centrally located and it is not far to all the beautiful things in and around Middelfart. _ write for any special requests The space The house is being renovated inside and out, a list of what's missing here and there. The house is older but fully functional. Guest access I will be there myself and hand over the key, after which the house is yours during the rental period. I may be at work the day you arrive, but there's a key box... Other things to note The house is centrally located in a quiet area and the garden is enclosed so the dog can run around freely :-) There are plenty of cozy nooks for a cool glass of Rosé - either by a small fire or on one of the terraces. Everything is included in the price, water, towels and bed linen... There will be no extra bill for consumption. I or the gardener will come 1-2 times a week to take care of the garden, mow the lawn, etc. We don't go inside. There are no surveillance cameras inside or outside.
