Our 1,800 square foot home, built in 2002, offers open concept living/dining/kitchen area with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and has been meticulously maintained. Over 80’ of lake frontage awaits you! Enjoy a glass of wine from our spacious Trex deck while watching the sunset, or take in the sunrise at the lake's edge with a cup of coffee. Take one of our kayaks on a 3 min. ride over to the sand dunes and layout on a private beach. Cast a line off the end of our private dock and catch walleye, bass, northern pike, blue gill, and black crappie. Silver lake is renowned for its clear water, sandy bottom, and 2,000 acre sand dunes, which are conveniently located right next to our home. We have all the comforts and conveniences of home as our house is equipped with a brand new dishwasher, washer/dryer, dock and bath towels.
