3 bed, 2.5 bath Cottage

Shared living space. You will have full access to everything other than the master bed/bath. Upstairs is completely yours and I will never enter the rooms until end of stay. Shared entrance as well. If it is a short stay I will respect your privacy and you will not see me at all except for cooking. Enjoy the pool table, extremely comfortable couch, all the kitchen amenities, and great sound system! If it is a longer (30+ days) stay, we will need to speak how the living area is shared. The space Two bedrooms upstairs. Full bath upstairs as well and very private. Whole house is available for rent as well with long notice at a different rate. Very nice pool table and sound system. Laundry on first floor. Shared entrance. Close to many attractions. Very easy access to I44, Walmart and many local restaurants. Owner is me. 36 year old male business traveler. There is a good chance I will not be here at all. If that is the case the master bed and bath are yours! I will keep very private during your stay if I am home. If your stay is longer than 30 days we will need to discuss the living room rules. Guest access Everything but the master bedroom and master bath on the first floor. Upstairs has a full bath and downstairs has a half bath and laundry. Also of course the entire living area. No noise restrictions so have fun with the pool table and sound system at any time!
