Master suite & ensuite bathroom.

Master bedroom with private bathroom (both shower and bath tub) and walk-in closet. Total area of the suite is approximately 700 sqft. Shared dining area with microwave oven, fridge, ice-maker and water dispenser. Washer dryer facility is available upon request ONLY for guests staying 7 or more nights. Street parking available for guests. Easy access to freeway i-5. Shopping center and many restaurants are around the corner. Nice and clean place for short term stay. The space I unfortunately had bad experience with a few guests before. Due to that, I ask my future guests to read carefully before booking: 1. If you have a beaten old car that might break down, do NOT book my room. I cannot provide you space to fix your car. If the car breaks down, I expect my guests to hire a TOW TRUCK and take it to the mechanic shop as soon as possible. 2. This is not a convalescent home. If you are recovering from illness or you have a physical/mental condition, this is NOT an appropriate place for you. 3. Washer dryer available upon request ONLY for guests staying 7 or more nights. Do not put me in an awkward position by asking for washer access if you are staying for less than 7 nights.
