The space ‘The Pioneer’ house is an exquisite one King bedroom house, with a queen pullout sofa in the living room that can accommodate a total of 4. This home features high-end cabinetry paired with authentic reclaimed beams, and feels more like a storied residence than your typical short-term rental experience. The full bathroom off of the bedroom includes a dual head walk-in shower and walk-in closet - great for longer stays. Huge vaulted ceilings bring grandeur to the home, while warm rustic finishes create a cozy lived-in space - specially curated to inspire both nostalgia of the past and excitement for the future. Guest access Entire house is yours to enjoy, plus private backyard with a firepit and a grill. Ther is one door (off the kitchen) that is owner, maintenance & storage space, and is not open to guests. Other things to note We have complimentary Netflix and Hulu logged into the smart TV's for your enjoyment. Wifi is also available. If early check-in is needed, please ask. We must approve the time & additional fees will apply. ($20/hour before 4 pm) We have a pack n play crib that can be requested for your convenience. Rental fee will apply.
