Very Cozy Bedroom available in Private House

Enjoy the glamour of this stylish, cozy bedroom. It's a large 3 bedroom apartment, and I'm currently upgrading/remodeling, so only this bedroom is currently available for guests. Owner resides in the property, but your space is very private. The kitchen is being upgraded, so there is a refrigerator and microwave in the bedroom, with a coffee maker and snacks in the dining room. Due to the high demand for places to stay in NYC, I am happy to share my home. Near all transp. The space Very cozy living space with unlimited streaming television (Netflix, Hulu). Amazon video available for account holders. Air conditioning, WIFI, and smart options in the apartment. The bathroom has a bluetooth light fixture, so you can play your favorite playlist when occupied. There is also a quick connect bluetooth module inside the shower so you can easily answer calls! Steps away from #3 train (right around the corner) & A&C trains (4 blocks) at Van Siclen Ave. Stations. 30 minute train ride to Manhattan. 10-15 minutes from JFK airport. There is no private parking, however, there is plenty of street parking available on the block. Also, while check-in is slated for anytime after 3PM, most times it's very flexible-depending on what time previous guests check out, and how much time is needed to professionally clean the space. Third party bookings will not be accepted. NO exceptions. Access will only be given to the person whose name is on the reservation and, subsequently, their guests. The bedroom accommodates a maximum of 2 people. If after checking in, it is discovered that your party is larger than 2 people, your booking will be canceled immediately, and you will forfeit your payment. Your booking of this reservation constitutes your agreement to these terms. Guest access Currently, a stove/oven isn't offered. However, the bedroom includes a microwave and refrigerator, and snacks and a coffee maker are in the dining room area, just like your favorite hotel! Other things to note There is NO SMOKING of ANY kind allowed in the building. If any guest violates those rules, it will be deemed a forfeiture of your entire rental deposit, and you will be asked to leave immediately. There is a beautiful backyard to accommodate smokers, so if you smoke, feel free use it, or you can simply go outside the building.
