Hot tub getaway with sunset and river views

FIRE BAN ON. HOT TUB NOT IN USE Relax with your morning coffee on your deck while contemplating your day . Is it a tube float down the river starting from our place down to the beach? Perhaps a canoe rental for a few hours down the famous Restigouche River. How about a drive into Campbellton and visiting the fabulous waterfront. An evening BBQ and perhaps some of that fresh East Coast lobster that you bought for dinner. Anyone for some smores at the 🔥? The space This is a beautiful spot that litterly sits on a mountain (Mann's Mountain) has panoramic million dollar views for miles. Also part of the Appalachian Trail. Take a very short walk down to the river and go for a swim. Take a short car ride and hangout at the beach. The river is great for canoeing, kayaking, tubing and SUP. Keep in mind we are on a mountain and the driveway is steep. Put it in low and you will get up no problem. Wood burning Hot tub on site but please keep in mind New Brunswick may have a fire ban and this could hinder the use of the hot tub. Inside you'll walk to one end of the trailer to find 1 bedroom that hosts a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom with shower. You'll love the privacy this brings when you shut the door. The room also gives plenty of storage for all your belongings. There are no Tvs in this trailer. The middle of the trailer is where you'll find the kitchen sitting area with a pull out sofa bed and the fully equipt kitchen. Stove, oven and microwave with a slew of utensils, plates, pots, pans. The other end of the trailer is a small bedroom with a door. Here we have a twin bed with a small pull down bed above the twin for smaller sized person and definitely a child. This room also has storage for all your belongings and is equip with a private 2 piece bath. Pets are allowed if you have a non shedding breed….but please talk to us first before you book. The trailer is equipped with Wifi, games and puzzles. We are pet friendly but please know and respect our guildlines. Please note this is on the side of a mountain and the driveway is steep. Just put it in LOW gear and make your way up. THERE ARE 2 TRAILERS ON THIS PROPERTY. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR SOMETHING THAT CAN ACCOMMODATE MORE PEOPLE THEN FEEL FREE TO BOOK BOTH. Guest access There are 2 trailers on the property. Please respect the boundaries of the middle of these two trailers. There is plenty of outdoor space for both trailers on their designated sides. Feel free to walk around and explore the area. Other things to note No Smoking in trailers. Please note there is a TV here and you will have to bring your own fire stick. We do have WIFI so bring you I pads and laptops as well. There is also another trailer to the north about 20 feet away available for booking if required. Please note this is on a mountain. There are some mini slopes só please be aware especially for the children. Definitely not an issue if you're aware. The property faces the Restigouche River. There are places close by where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks and canoes and make your way down the river for a fun afternoon. You can go for an hour or as much as a 13 hour cruise. *Rafting Grounds *Nature Adventure *North Shore Adventure *Sugarloaf Bike Park are just a few things to check out. The first fire is on us.
