We look forward to meeting you on arrival! The space Our apartment is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring the Nelson region. If you're looking for a charming seaside escape that's all about comfort and style, look no further! This cosy, boho-style apartment has everything you need to feel right at home. With plenty of natural light, the spacious living room features a comfortable sofa with cushions and a throw blanket, perfect to kick back and watch your favourite movies on Netflix. The sliding door leads to a private balcony—the perfect place for watching the sunset or barbecuing while enjoying the view of passing yachts. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up your favourite meals. It's fully stocked with modern appliances including a Nespresso machine so you can enjoy coffeehouse-quality drinks at home. The bedroom is outfitted with Egyptian cotton sheets set on a queen size bed that's just begging to be snuggled up in. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, perfect to get ready in the morning. The apartment offers stunning views of both the Tasman Bay and Mt Arthur Range. There are multiple, top quality restaurants within a 5 minute walk. A morning stroll down Rocks Road will lead you to Tahunanui Beach—the perfect place for a swim or picnic in summer. Or you can spend the day exploring Nelson City Centre, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to check out. If you'd rather stay closer to home, check out The Styx—which is just across the street! Guest access It would be our pleasure to welcome you to the apartment for your stay. We have an arrival time between 2pm and 6pm. Upon arrival, we will provide you with a brief orientation and answer any questions you may have. The Styx cafe car park is across the street from the apartment, so please park there until your check-in is complete. Our manager Amanda will greet you at the front entrance of the apartment complex named 'Latitude 41'. She'll take you through the check in process and show you the accessible areas. Afterwards, she'll walk you through the apartment and hand over your access key. Throughout your stay, if there is anything you need please don't hesitate to message. We look forward to meeting you! Other things to note The apartment is located on a main road and near an operating port so it will occasionally be noisy. To minimise this, keep the sliding door shut when possible. It will not keep you awake or interfere with your enjoyment of the balcony. Please note we have an arrival time between 2pm and 6pm.
