The space The house is 43 sqm set in grounds of 1200 sqm that includes the owners property. Lounge Area: You will find a SMART TV with Netflix (available via your own log in details) and various reading books! Sofa bed, chair, dresser, coffee table, floor cushion and window seat with cushions. Kitchen: Washing machine, fridge, 2 ring electric oven, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, (filter coffee machine if required- just ask), toaster, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, washing bowl, tea towels, drainer pad & bin. Tea, coffee & sugar Sleeping Area: 1 King size bed, pillows, duvet & blankets (when required), bedside cabinets with drawers, wardrobe, hairdryer, mirror and make-up shelf Shower Room: Rainfall plus hand held shower, basin, shaving mirror and WC. Bath mat, bath, hand and face cloth towels. Hand soap. Cleaning wipes. Solar hot water is shared with the main property but there is always plenty to go around. Guest access The Pool: 7m x 3.5m and 5' ft deep with a ledge around to stand where the water is deeper. There are sunbeds and parasols around the pool for your use so please feel free to enjoy the swimming pool area. The pool is open to use from 8am until late. *Please note: The pool will be shared when there are guests at Villa Serene. Private Terrace: 8m x 5m 2 sunbeds, a small side table and an outdoor sofa with an umbrella for shade. You will also find a small dining table and 2 chairs for alfresco dining on your terrace at breakfast, lunch or your evening meal. Other things to note Provided for you free of charge: Bed: All bed linens provided and also for a mid week change should you wish to do so yourself. Towels: Bath towels, hand towels, face clothes, blue pool towels and beach towels. *Please note - do not take the pool towels to the beach Kitchen: Washing up liquid and washing detergent, fabric softener, tea, coffee and sugar, oil, vinegar, salt & pepper, oregano and a welcome pack consisting of water, milk, bread, butter and pieces of fruit. **Please note - Should you have any allergies please inform us before arriving. Iron and ironing board In the studio and you will also find UK extension leads and adaptors so there is no need to bring travel plugs as we should have that covered for you if youre travelling from the UK. if youre travelling from across Europe, you will be fine. Cleaning products are also provided in the shower and kitchen area. If you require a mid stay clean, there is a small fee of €40 to pay.
