Later, you can rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. On the first level of the home you’ll find the open kitchen and great room, along with views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The deck outside the living area contains gates for the dogs or kids, a porch swing, and table/chairs for 4. There are steps to a fenced area ideal for dogs. The well-stocked kitchen was renovated in 2020. It has stainless appliances and all the dishes, cookware and gadgets you could need. The counter seats four, while the dining table seats six. Besides comfortable leather seating in the living area, you’ll find books, games, cards, DVDs and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. Also on the first level is a queen bedroom with access to a deck facing the pool and St. Joe’s Bay.
