The villa is located in a small newly developed private 24-hour gated community with shared pool amongst other facilities. Relax and soak up the sun at our private beach, 5-minute drive. Just next door are your favorites Starbucks, KFC, Pizza Hut, pharmacies, supermarkets and minutes from renowned attractions. The space The master bedroom has a king-sized bed; other rooms include a queen-sized bed and twin beds. An open living and kitchen concept and small sectioned laundry area. Guest access All accessibility Other things to note Private chef service available at extra cost which requires at-least 5 days advance notice. Guests will be responsible for their grocery shopping. Please specify the exact number of guests staying at the property. If you have children, kindly inform the host of their ages. Children under 12 stay free, while those over 12 will be counted as an additional guest and charged accordingly. The number of towels provided will correspond to the number of guests booked for the property. Visitors are welcome but must leave by 9 PM The pool closes at 10 PM Guest will be given security door codes and Wi-Fi password upon arrival to villa. Outdoor security cameras on premises Mid-week cleaning will be done for weekly stays.
