Whether you’re here for vacation or looking for a quiet space to get some work done this is the perfect place to relax or be productive. You might have the full bathroom all to yourself or be sharing it with another guest. There’s access to a microwave, coffee, mini fridge, free street parking. An ideal location, here you’re just a 4 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops and a 15 minute drive to downtown Franklin St and UNC. The space Parking on street in front of the house! Check-in is 3pm, if you need to arrive earlier just contact me and I’ll see what I can do! Other things to note Parking is available on the street in front of the house. No smoking on property. Thank you! Laundry: for guests staying one week or longer there is a washer and dryer available (on Sundays)!
