Massages can be arranged. The hotel offers luggage storage, and it has drinks vending machines. You must tell us your arrival time if you check in after 20:00. If not, the entrance may be closed. This hotel is built in the mountains, so small insects called "Kamemushi" in Japanese may invade. It cannnot bite and has no poison. The small insect invades from a very narrow gap so we may not be able to control it. Please be careful that the insect gives off a bad smell when you touch it. Please note that Okuhida area in Gifu where our property is located will be in winter season and likely covered with snow during November until April.  Under this circumstance, you are strongly advised to drive with studless tires when you come here by a car. Ｗhen you rent a car,  please make sure to arrange a car with snow-tires to ensure that you can arrive here safely. Kindly be reminded that if you fail to arrive or check-in due the fact that you did not arrange a car with snow tires,  no exceptional cases for waiving cancellation fee will apply.  Also we cannot contact a car rental agency on behalf of you especially under the circumstance explained above. (means you need to communicate with the rental car company directly)  As parts of this facility are buildings that are over 100 years old, the building is furnished with traditional furniture and fixtures. As a result, some of the furnishings have deteriorated with age and walls seem to be appear dirty, but they are properly maintained. Other things to note If you have any allergies for food, please tell us in advance. But in case of serious thing, it may not be corresponded. Vegan food is not available at our hotel.
