Located in the heart of the city in the municipality of St Avertin, it is conveniently located for local shopping, strolling along the Cher, visiting Tours (10 minutes by car) or discovering the many activities in the region (Châteaux de la Loire, Beauval Zoo, Futuroscope, etc.). The accommodation is located at the back of the yard, facing the garden which they can enjoy at their leisure. The courtyard is secured by an electric gate. Other things to note The place is in the heart of the city. Special attention should be paid to entering the driveway that borders a busy street.
