Welcome to The Sunset Studio! A garden stay guesthouse, completely separate from our main home and within walking distance to coffee, breweries and restaurants of downtown Fuquay Varina. Kitchenette: mini frig/freezer, microwave, two burner electric cooktop and extra deep sink. Enjoy the dining space or utilize it as your workstation with high speed Wifi. Relaxing queen size bed and Roku TV. Enjoy coffee or wine in our peaceful gardens filled with fruit trees, raised planters and fire pit. The space This studio is a newly constructed loft above a detached garage. The space is not connect to the main home in any way so you have completely private contact-free access. You have your own dedicated washer and dryer (we have our own in our main home). Your own dedicated driveway parking spot in the expanded driveway. There are stairs to access the 2nd floor studio. We have a cozy mudroom bench to take off your shoes, head upstairs and let your vacation begin. Guest access Guests have full access to the backyard. Enjoy the gardens and firepit surrounded with string lights. Washer and dryer is available in the garage. Dedicated on site free parking in the driveway. Other things to note The studio resides less than 1 mile from the action of restaurants and breweries of Downtown Fuquay Varina!
