Located only 3 minutes from the lake, 5 minutes from Kern river, minutes from beautiful hiking trails, only 8 miles from Alta Sierra ski resort The space We provide complementary coffee, tea for you to enjoy in the mornings while taking in the beauty of the lake and the mountains reflecting the light from the sunrise. New floors, new interior paint throughout the entire house. New furniture in all rooms, new mattresses, new bed sets, new pillows, new towels, new dishes, new silverware. Guest access You are welcome to use the entire house - the living and dining spaces, the kitchen, the balcony, all three bedrooms, including the closets, and the two bathrooms. Please note, there is no laundry room available to the guests. In addition, our guests are free to use the entire front yard and back yards. The garage, and the two sheds are off limit for the guests. The front door entrance has a wheelchair ramp. Other things to note The built in grill and the fire pit on the balcony are there for you to enjoy. Please note that the paint on the balcony is worn out. We will be refinishing it as soon as the whether allows. The staircase taking down to the lower level of the lot should not be used. We have a popcorn maker in the kitchen. All you need to do is bring your own kernels. The TV is not connected to the cable. It has a fire stick with access to select movies and news. In addition, it has an HDMI cord that you can use to connect to your computer.
