Farmhouse in the City

After a day exploring the beloved Colorado Rocky Mountains, come home to our 1 bed/1bath. Ideally located, our house sits on a huge lot in a suburb of Lakewood: directly between Downtown and the Mountains. Our house is very kid friendly. We can leave out toys, high chair, pack and play, etc, and have a huge backyard to play in. The office can be set up with a pack and play. The space The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom brick house features a open floor plan living space with huge backyard and large patio. The main living space is a spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances, wood floors and bar stools. The connected living room reading chair and comfortable couch next to the dining area featuring a expandable wood table. The second room is an office that can have a pack and play set up in it. The fenced in backyard is huge, with a large brick patio. (There is a basement that is unoccupied and locked). We are in an ideal location: 20 mins to Downtown Denver, 20 mins to Red Rocks, 10 mins to Colorado Mills Outlets, 5 minutes to Belmar Shopping Center, 5 minutes to Green Mountain Hiking Trails, walking distance to the Federal Center and St. Anthony's Hospital. Guest access You will have access to off-street parking, huge backyard and patio. No laundry or access to basement. (The basement is unoccupied and locked) Other things to note We do not allow smoking of any kind on our property. We do not allow marijuana (oils, edibles, smoking) or any kind of drugs on the property. Moderate drinking is okay. We do not have air conditioning but have an evaporative cooling system. This involves windows open and bedroom doors open to get the cool air flowing. We have fans also. June isn't usually too hot yet and it always cools off at night.
