The space This uniquely spacious home from home has a comfortable living area, equipped with large U-shaped sofa, 50 Inch flat screen TV, a small additional dining table to seat two for either dining or games with access to books, Netflix and other apps to pass the time. It's spacious hallway leads to both bedrooms, housing a King ottoman storage bed and single futon in Bedroom 1 and a double and single bed in bedroom 2. The Futon can also easily be moved to Bedroom 2 (for moving children, for example into one room). The kitchen diner houses a dining island to seat 6 plus an additional small dining table and two seater sofa. Appliances include oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, blender, washing machine and dishwasher. The full bathroom includes bath, vanity basin, toilet, shower, towels and toiletries. Please note that the 6th guest sleeping area is an extra bed and guests must request additional bed linen at the time of booking. Guest access The ground floor apartment is accessed via the communal hallway with door code to the main entrance and additional lockbox code to gain access to the key. No other areas of this property are shared and are private for guests to enjoy. All access codes and arrival instructions are sent 24 hours prior to check-in.
