Relax and unwind in our family-friendly fully renovated home, perfect whether you're visiting for a special gathering or just passing through. Walkable to lovely downtown Highland Park + the brand new public Sunset Valley Golf Club and just a short drive to Ravinia, the Chicago Botanical Garden, and the Naval Base, you'll find our home has everything you need just at Chicago's doorstep. The space Our home was fully renovated in 2022 and designed for our guests to feel comfortable and relaxed. On the main floor you will find a delightfully open living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as a full bath and three bedrooms. The back door opens onto an expansive yard and screened in porch. One floor down you’ll find a large recreational room with a big screen TV and sectional - perfect for game days and movie nights! - as well as a cozy reading nook and bean bag chairs that can easily convert into a child’s play area. The lower level is completed by a large bedroom with two queen beds and a second full bath. There is a private entrance on the lower level, as well. The home boasts two private work stations: one in an upstairs bedroom and the second on the lower level bedroom. The dining room can also be used as a separate work station. *Please note that all bedrooms have blinds that were installed after the home was photographed. Everything else should appear as is!* Registration # - 091176 Guest access Our neighborhood is perfect for leisurely walks, riding bikes, or taking a run. You have full access to the home which includes the driveway (fits three cars), backyard, and front yard. If you have more cars than fit in the driveway, please note that there is no street parking and violators will be ticketed. Other things to note Please note that all bedrooms have blinds that were installed after the home was photographed! Guests will have access to the enclosed garage and the screened in porch. Garbage and recycling pickup is Tuesday morning. We ask that guests staying on a Monday please pull the bins out to the curb on Monday evening. Please place them back inside the garage on Tuesday.
