Over 13,000 square feet and 14 fabulously themed bedrooms with 7 huge fun themed bathrooms. 2,000 sq. foot 50's style dining room!! 2,000 sq. foot game room; Skeeball, table shuffle board, pool table, 2 air hockey, 2 Foosball, carpet ball, corn hole, 2 ping pong games, arcade and basketball. You will love Medley Manor! Medley Manor has a large food prep area in addition to a Kitchen, three refrigerators and lots of counter space! Medley Manor has a large food prep area in addition to a large Kitchen, dedicated ice maker, 3 refrigerators and lots of counter space! Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. A short drive from anything of interest. Medley Manor can sleep 65 in our themed rooms. Pricing is based on 20 guest and two occupants per bedroom. (Starting January 1, 2026 base pricing will included 30 guest.) You are allotted a bedroom for every 2 guest. If you have over 20 guest or you plan on having less than 2 persons per bedroom, please make inquiries on how that might change pricing. Medley manor has 22 individual bedrooms. The Harry Potter Room counts as 4 bedrooms because it sleeps 13. The superhero bedroom counts as four bedrooms because it sleeps 11. The Sports Bedroom counts as 3 because it sleeps 7. Medley Manor sleeps 65 in beds. The Manor is not shared with other guest. Your group/family has sole access.
