Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. A short drive from anything of interest. Medley Manor can sleeps up to 85 in beds. Base Pricing is for 12 guest and 6 bedrooms. For every two guest you are allotted one bedroom. If you plan on having less than 2 persons per bedroom and need more bedrooms than allotted, please make inquiries on how that might change pricing. Medley manor has 15 individual bedrooms. The Harry Potter Room counts as 5 bedrooms because it has 4 king size, one queen, one twin and a full size bed. The Sports bedroom counts as 5 because it has one king, two queens and a twin bed. The Superhero bedroom counts as 5 because it has 4 full, a 3 queen and a 3 twin bed. The Manor is not shared with other guest. Your group/family has sole access.
