The space VILLA: The villa has 6 + spacious bedrooms spread over a plot of 1000m2. There are 4 bedrooms gathered on the first main block around the swimming pool. The rooms are a few meters from each other. The other 3 bedrooms are located around the garden, about 10 meters from the first 4. They all have king-size beds and individual bathrooms, and they are all equipped with air conditioning. LIVING SPACE: The villa offers two living spaces. The first one, with a living room, dining room, and kitchen, is located in front of the swimming pool. The second space, with a restroom and lounge bar, is located near the garden. Both living spaces are equipped with ceiling fans. KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, toaster, water boiler, and water dispenser with filtered water. OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space features a private swimming pool (9.5m x 4m, 1.80m deep), lounge beds, umbrellas, and a wooden deck in the garden, ideal for practicing yoga or other sports. CAPACITY: Standard Bedding Configuration: Comfortably sleeps 15 guests, with additional single beds available to accommodate up to 18 guests. - BR1: Master Room (Pool View, lower level): Equipped with King Size bed + ensuite bathroom with bath tub and shower. Two additional single beds can be added to sleeps up to 4 persons. - BR 2 and BR 3: Family Suite (Pool View, lower level) - Ideal for families, this pavilion includes two interconnected bedrooms. BR 2 has a King Size bed, while Bedroom 3 is furnished with 3 single beds. Both rooms share a bathroom, providing both convenience and privacy for family stays. An extra single bed can be added to BR3 to accommodate up to 4 guests. - BR 4 (Pool View, lower level): Furnished with a King Size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. An additional single bed can be added, enabling the room to sleep up to 3 guests. - BR 5, BR 6, BR 7 (Garden View, upper level): Each room is equipped with a King Size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Please Note: The maximum number of guests permitted per Airbnb policy is 15. For groups larger than 15 bust be notified before. Extra beds are available at a cost of IDR 400,000 per bed, per night. FAMILY-FRIENDLY: The villa includes a baby cot and a high chair. Upon request, we can provide pool fences and arrange for babysitters.
