Villa Lima Hati offers the perfect retreat for family vacations or group getaways. VILLA: The villa has 6 + spacious bedrooms spread over a plot of 1000m2. There are 4 bedrooms gathered on the first main block around the swimming pool. The rooms are a few meters from each other. Two of these bedrooms are connected by the same bathroom, ideal for parents with young children (the first bedroom with a king-size bed and the second with 3 single beds). The other 3 bedrooms are located around the garden, about 10 meters from the first 4. They all have king-size beds and individual bathrooms, and they are all equipped with air conditioning. The villa is set with 6 king size beds and 3 single beds and we can add up to 3 single beds (on request). LIVING SPACE: The villa offers two living spaces. The first one, with a living room, dining room, and kitchen, is located in front of the swimming pool. The second space, with a restroom and lounge bar, is located near the garden. Both living spaces are equipped with ceiling fans. KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, toaster, water boiler, and water dispenser. OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space features a private swimming pool (9.5m x 4m, 1.80m deep), lounge beds, umbrellas, and a wooden deck in the garden, ideal for practicing yoga or other sports. CAPACITY: Our villa can comfortably host 15 people. Additionally, we can add 3 extra single beds to increase the capacity to 18 people for an additional fee. FAMILY-FRIENDLY: The villa includes a baby cot and a high chair. Upon request, we can provide pool fences and arrange for babysitters. Please note that these amenities are available for an additional fee. LOCATION: The villa is located in a private area with 24/7 security. It is just steps away from the renowned Nook Restaurant and Petitenget Street.
