Charming little house in Montevideo

This is a charming loft of 40 m2, very bright, with all the amenities and a private patio. It is located in a condominium in the La Mondiola neighborhood (within walking distance of Pocitos). A very quiet, safe area, 800 meters from the beach and 50 meters from Rivera Street with access to public transportation. Young people, children, and very friendly kittens live in the condominium. This is our little house in Montevideo, as we live mainly on the coast, and we love to host guests when we are not there. The space The space is a single spacious 40 m2 floor with kitchen-dining area, living room and rest area. You have armchairs, a dining table, appliances, and a comfortable double bed. The loft has large windows that give it a lot of light and has curtains if you want privacy. The patio is very comfortable and there you have garden furniture to spend a beautiful time outdoors Guest access Check-in and check-out are done independently. The keys will be picked up and deposited in a locker that is 10 blocks away. The condominium is accessed by a large, very nice corridor where the entrance to our neighbors' apartments is located. Then you enter the private patio and immediately the house. Check-in is very easy as there are no stairs and you can easily carry your luggage. Other things to note This is our house that we fix up, decorate, and clean. There you will have clean sheets and towels, they will not be white like a hotel, but they will be bedding like any other house. You'll have some basic items to prepare your breakfast. We want you to feel at home and take care of it as we do, so that you can appreciate and feel the warmth of our Montevideo home.
