Cozy Studio in Causeway Bay- Unit C

Location: In Causeway Bay, on Leighton Road, close to Causeway bay MTR exit A, just 4 min walk to Times Square Shopping Mall, Hysan Place. About the studio: it is a 150 Sq ft net unit, with elevator, doorman and access code to enter the building The space About the amenities : the studio has a common living room area, dining table with chairs where you can prepare light meal using hotplates and can enjoy your meal You have a couch where you can relax after a long day and before you enter your studio unit. There is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and a separate drying machine. There are 2 fridges in common area and 2 fridges in other studio units, kettle, toaster , coffee machine, hot plates for cooking , pans , pots , cutlery , plates , glasses About the studio unit: features a double sized bed ( 4 ft by 6ft), comfy mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a desk as well as a smart tv with Netflix. The bedroom comes with bedsheets , quilt , quilt cover, pillow and fresh towels so you don’t have to buy them. The bathroom has a separate toilet from the shower. This is an individual studio unit with a private toilet, however the kitchen area and laundry room are shared with 6 other studios. Guest access You will share pantry area, laundry room area with the other 6 studio units. Other things to note There is a CCTV camera in the pantry area, but it is not functioning. Extension of stay past check out time ( 11 am ) , is subject to availability and needs to be agreed upon in advance If past 2 pm a full day will be charged ! We require passport or HKiD picture to be sent to us after booking confirmation!
