Enjoy Bahamas at its best. Great beaches, food and shopping all close by. Note that this is not a kid friendly space as there is unrestricted access to unsupervised water. Copies of government-issued picture ID for all guests over the age of 18 and the date of birth for any guests under the age of 18 to be supplied within 24 hours of booking. Booking guest will also need to provide their permanent address; email and telephone contact numbers. This will be shared with the Condo Corporation per the By-Laws and is a condition of booking. Details will be provided once a booking is initiated. Guests are responsible for keeping the condo clean and providing their own supplies during their stay. A starter supply of soap and toilet paper is provided as well as basic cleaning supplies and some seasonings and condiments. Cleaning services during the stay may be available upon request and will cost extra.
