Description
Relax and come together at our 3 bed designer flat inspired by Le Corbusier in the iconic centre of Chandigarh city. One of the quietest neighborhoods in the city. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee onto a breezy balcony with trees all around. Take a stroll across adjoining Rose Garden or shop at Sector 17 market. Be prepared to spot loads of sunbirds or hornbills. The flat is on the 1st floor with a lift. Next to 3 electric bike stands. Other things to note You can expect some warm times here with your loved ones, whether that is enjoying some beverages on the balcony, plucking seasonal mangoes and lychees from the overhanging trees surrounding our home or kicking back on the couch with some Netflix. Also don’t forget to take a stroll around the Rose Garden and Shanti Kunj Gardens where you can spot nesting hornbills! If you are less than 6 guests and require access to all three bedrooms there will be an additional cost to service them. We strictly do not allow any form of party, celebrations or gatherings of people at the property. Only registered guests are allowed in the property. We also do not permit additional guests at the property other than the ones specified through the booking. Please note that the house is on the first floor of a shared building with neighbours living on the other floors. Some common areas such as the staircase, lift, entrance gate are shared areas and it's important to understand that there are familes with kids who live here so we request guest to be adjusting to our neighbours requests and be cordial during exchange with them. Please note that the parking is first come first serve and not reserved for our guests. However there are open parking spots right opposite the building which usually has spots available.
