Guest favorite in trendy Nordhavn Located in the newer exciting district of Nordhavn. Fantastic, modern private apartment that is perfect for business or leisure travelers (max 2 people - only suitable for adults). - No smoking, no parties, events or pets. We love the location & the neighborhood offers, dining, etc. If that's not enough, the inner city and more is really close: 6-10 min by M4 metro to Kongens Nytorv/Nyhavn/Tivoli About 25 minutes by Metro to Copenhagen Airport Harbor bus The space The apartment is very spacious with about 100 sqm available: The entrance partially merges with the amazing kitchen-dining room, which is the core of the home with access to the smaller balcony facing south (cozy courtyard) and north (towards a small park). Here is a sofa with TV, large dining table with room for 8, cozy corner with 2 armchairs. The bedroom with 180x200 “Jensens” bed and blackout curtains. Clothes rack with hangers is provided (not closet or drawer space). The bed is of course made up when you come with freshly laundered linens and towel sets are provided at your disposal during your stay. In addition, a nice bathroom furnished with a separate shower and washing column with a washer and dryer. (The apartment contains another smaller private room which is not included/not available) Excellent wifi & TV based on (own) streaming services. Dishwasher. No coffee machine, but coffee bar/cafe "Original Coffee" in the building with coffee-to-go, or make instant coffee or tea in the apartment with the kettle. Take the elevator to the 5th floor where a shared rooftop terrace with formidable harbor views is available (smoking, barbecue and party prohibited). During the summer months, there are "floats" where you can relax. There is gate phone with camera. The apartment is located on the 1st floor at a quiet end of the neighborhood, but as it is a lively neighborhood (especially in the summer), a little "city noise" from cars, playful children or people passing by could be tolerated, but nothing that bothers us who live here. Parking garage and small park adjacent to the property, New: If you come by car can offer parking in the parking garage for DKK 75, - per day within the rental period.
