Villa Perusina - Tiny House

This is a stylish detached tiny house of 21 m2 on the ground and first floor which can accommodate 2 people. What makes the house special, in addition to the luxury interior, eco-friendly bedlinen and great location, is that the kitchen, the beds and the wardrobes are all made by a local craftsman. The space Apartment 3 is a detached studio (tiny house of 21m2) on the ground and second floor, and a terrace of 20m2, which can accommodate 2 people. What makes the studio special, in addition to the luxury interior, eco-friendly bedlinen and great location, is that the all the wood parts are handmade by a local craftsman. The studio has a bathroom, bedroom with queen-size bed, wardrobe, and satellite TV in the living room. In addition to the bedrooms, it has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small dining area (inside) and plenty space outside, as well as huge terrace, and a private stone BBQ in the yard. Bathroom includes soap, bath, shampoo, vanity kit, ladies’ hygiene bags, blow dryer, toilet paper, towels and washing liquid for the washing machine (because of biological septic tank and the environment). The whole studio is air conditioned. Wi-Fi is available in all parts of the apartment and in the courtyard. The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful place in the middle of the Kotor Bay. But it is also nearby busting cities of Tivat (5km) and Kotor with its rich culture and many sights (12km). We offer the possibility of renting a kayak, a sup-board, and bicycles, but also other benefits and activities during the stay for its guests in accordance with their needs and requirements. Guest access You are renting one of the three available apartments on the property. The whole Villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 persons. The swimming pool is shared but you have enough privacy on the terraces around the house.
