WIFI, kitchen, TV, hair dryer, air conditioner, microwave oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils (pots, frying pans, plates) are all available. You can enjoy not only eating out but also cooking with your family and friends. ※Due to the impact of COVID-19, there are no seasonings in the room, because the Airbnb system will automatically display some seasonings as long as you select a room with a kitchen. There is no way to delete it. If you use seasoning, you need to bring your own. All the equipment in the room can be used freely. We have almost everything you need in your life. We have prepared body soap, shampoo, hair dryer, towels and bath towels in the bathroom. Guest access -This is not a shared room. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. - There are only two free parking spaces in the building, and it is shared to other guests, so please inquire first prior to booking to check the availability. - All the beds in the house will only be prepared when the room is booked at the maximum number of guests. Usually, the room beddings and towels will be prepared according to the number of guests registered in the reservation. - Check out time is strict. 2000yen per hour will be charged if you are late for check out - The entire building (rooms, hallways, grounds, etc.) is non-smoking. If smoking is confirmed, or if indoor or outdoor equipment is damaged due to smoking, a separate cleaning fee and equipment repair fee will be charged. - There are two balconies, but please keep away from them as it is dangerous for small children. - Please take off your shoes at the entrance. - Keep the volume down during the night - No musical instruments. - Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when leave the flat - Please wash tableware / pans / pots after use - No pets, drugs, or outsider guests. - If you have bulky garbage, please be sure to contact us in advance.
