Located just across from Grand Haven State Park this 3 bedroom 1.5 bath condo features spacious decks providing amazing beach and shoreline views of Lake Michigan. The space On the middle floor, you will enter a spacious living room, open to the dining area, and a beautifully appointed kitchen where you will find a butcher block floating island and top-of-the-line appliances, including a Sub-Zero extra-wide refrigerator, dual-heat Viking oven, convection oven, and vented hood. All of this with a view of Lake Michigan and Grand Haven State Beach! A sliding glass door provides access to a balcony where you can enjoy people-watching and lake views. Two bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with a queen bed, and a full bath with a walk-in shower complete the second floor. The third floor has twin bunk beds as well as access to a private rooftop deck where you are sure to take in a beautiful sunset or two. The lower level provides an additional half bath and laundry area. There isn't a more convenient location when it comes to being close to downtown and the beach. Directly across the street is Grand Haven State Beach, with access to the lighthouse and pier. A sidewalk directly in front of the home will take you on a short 1.5-mile walk to restaurants and shopping. PARKING The right side of the driveway in front of the garage allows for two vehicles. Garage parking is not available. CANCELLATION POLICY - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 7 days before check-in. - If cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund. - If cancellation is made between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. - If cancellation is made less than 7 days before check-in, there is no refund.
