Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with nearby freeway access for venturing out to Nashville. Restaurants, outdoor mall, bars, trails and the river are just a short drive away. The space Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short drive to the Town Square and right around the corner from the newer part of Murfreesboro with various shops and restaurants. Only 30 min from Nashville. Side note : google maps photos are 5 years old . They still haven’t updated to the new pictures even after contacting Google . House was a brand new build 2 years ago . Guest access Large Driveway parking Other things to note Home sleeps 6 comfortably. Any additional guests (MAX 8) must be pre-approved by owner and will be subject to a $20 per night, per person fee) No parties or events permitted !! If you’d like to have a celebration or get together please ask first. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and just want our house taken care of and to be respectful to the neighbors. A queen aero bed is available, located in middle bedroom closet with spare sheets ( guest responsible to make up bed) There is excellent internet service at the home. Large downstairs TV with Roku, middle bedroom is a TV Roku, the master TV is a smart TV, and third bedroom is a Roku TV. A DVD player with movies is located in the kitchen pantry closet . (Guest will need to hook DVD player into TV) Inside Games are located on the shelf outside the downstairs bathroom. Outdoor gazebo bar with tv and griddle . Corn hole, large Jenga and other outdoor games located in exterior mini barn . Fire pit also located in the yard.
