Farm stay on the river

This is a country cottage on 100 acres of beautiful farmland. There is 800m of river frontage, great for fishing or using the paddle boards kept on the property. There is a spa, electric pizza oven and open fires under the stars are a perfect way to end the day. There are swings and trampoline for kids and plenty of space to enjoy with abundant bird life and some friendly Guinea Fowl wandering around. It is homely, well kept and the perfect getaway. *20% discount for 7 days or more* Guest access The entire property is your to use - however note the cattle could be on any one of the paddocks. Other things to note We have a couple of fishing rods and 3 paddle boards for use by guests on the river. There is also plenty of wood ready to use for the outside fire. The Guinea Fowl make a bit of noise but on the whole they are fine and won't bother you. If there is fruit on the trees or ripe veggies in the patch please feel free to pick and use. However this is a farm - you might find some super friendly green tree frogs, a huge range of birds that visit and other little crawlies, but all part of the great outdoors!
