Big Flat with private swimming pool

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything with this centrally located place. 2 bedroom apartment each with its own private bathroom. One bedroom with king-size bed and one with 2 single beds. Great living-room and equipped kitchen. Smoking in the home is strictly prohibited. Regulations by Egyptian Government should be respected : Egyptian people(man and woman) with Egyptian passports cannot stay in the same apartment without a marriage certificate. The space The space is about 160 square meters and there is a large swimming pool in front which can be used by the property living upstairs. The payment of the electricity is required (after the 4 days of stay) ( electric card that can be recharge in every supermarket near home) wi-fi 5G ( 10Gb per stay) for more then one week there's an extra GB Internet. Check-in will only take place if the customer sends the passports 48h before of the arrival (plus marriage certificate for Egyptian citizens with Egyptian passports) of all participants. The property is not responsible for inconveniences that arise during the stay, which are beyond our will and control (such as missing water or electricity or internet by government issues). Guest access Guests have access to the swimming pool, sun beds and umbrella for a total relax Other things to note Please note: as in every other part of the world, there are animals in Egypt (ants, crows, desert mice, friendly stray dogs and cats, cockroaches) and obviously we cannot control them, but we can intervene where possible. Please do not feed stray animals, as this may attract other animals.
