Description

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You are a mere 10 minute walk from: signal hill and the lions head trail, shops & cafes, the Sea point promenade. And a mere 10 minute drive / uber from: Clifton and Camps bay beaches, the V&A waterfront, city centre and Table Mountain. A gas braai/barbecue on the covered balcony with views of the ocean for those long, warm summer evenings completes this wonderful space to call home for your CT summer holid The space Note: there is active construction taking place immediately adjacent to the apartment resulting in extra noise and reduced privacy, only during working hours - please don’t book if this will be an issue for you. My apartment is located high up in sea point on the border of Fresnaye which means it’s sheltered from the infamous Cape Town wind so all the sunshine, none of the gale force wind! It’s large, open plan layout with a covered balcony and gas braai (barbecue) allows for maximum enjoyment of the long Cape Town summer days. Add to this the close proximity to the famous promenade and world class beaches makes this the perfect place for you to call home while exploring beautiful Cape Town. With battery back up wifi and a gas stove, you are also spared from the worst of South Africa’s power cuts.
