Aircon in the living & all bedrooms, 2 toilets and an office are some of the other positives this home will provide. The space The front verandah offers an inviting area to relax with 2 different furnished options of casual sitting or dinning. The living area is an open plan lounge room and dining that is spacious and is exaggerated with the high ceilings with a reverse cycle aircon and fan. Smart TV and NBN WIFI along with the 2 comfortable lounges will help make your time here like a home away from home. The main bedroom is at the front of the house and is roomy boasting a King bed, built in cupboards, reverse cycle aircon, fan and charging station. The 2nd bedroom is large as well with a Queen bed built in cupboards, reverse cycle aircon, fan and charging station. n between the 3rd & 4th bedrooms there is an office area, both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms have a Double bed, hanging rack, reverse cycle aircon and charging station. Please see our Guest access regarding the number of included rooms in your rate The bathroom is very well designed with 2 sinks, toilet large shower and claw foot bath to wash your day away. Between the bathroom and kitchen is the powder room and laundry and plenty of room for a clothes drying rack, ironing board and storage. The second toilet is off this area onto the rear deck as well. The Country Kitchen has a simple electric stove, microwave and family size fridge with a 2 seater high bar area for a quick bite on the go. The backyard is all bitumen and gardens ideal for hard storage of boats and trailers. The shed is not included in the booking as is storage for the owners. In your booking please select the bedrooms you would prefer when answering bedding request that will be sent by us after you make your booking. Guest access We offer discounted pricing for smaller groups, so the nightly rate and available bedrooms will be dependant on how many guests are noted on your reservation request. Additional rooms can be made available on request, at a rate of $25/per room, per night. Please find the base room inclusions below; > 1-2 Guests includes access to 1 bedroom > 3-4 Guests includes access to 2 bedrooms > 5-6 Guests includes access to 3 bedrooms > 7-8 Guests includes access to 4 bedrooms Once you send your request we will confirm your room and bed requirements before approving the booking. Guests will have full access to the listing (kitchen, bathroom, lounge and outside the house) excluding the locked rooms (bedrooms, garage, storage cupboards/areas). We would also like to advise that the unused bedrooms are NOT available to be booked by separate reservations, and will remain empty unless access is requested by your group. We are also able to arrange pricing on a per night basis if the number of guests or required rooms will change throughout the stay (e.g. 2 nights booked at 1 guest 1 bedroom rate, then 4 nights at a 3 guest 3 bedroom rate etc.) Please let us know if you any questions or would like further clarification. Other things to note If a pet is found to be on the premises without approval a $150 fee will be charged and acceptance of this booking acknowledges this. There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions. The property is managed by motel managers and is professionally cleaned by motel cleaners. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry. Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
