Not looking to make money- just cover the rent while I am away - you will have the place to yourself. 2 blocks to Central Park. less than 15min walk to Times Square, Rockefeller, Lincoln Center, Broadway etc. So close to all transport links: A,C,B,D,1 subway line 2 blocks away. 10min walk to 1,2,N,R,W,F,M lines. True One bedroom, dishwasher, wifi, tv, own private entrance. I can be flexible with dates. Pet Friendly! The space Large Queen size bed in the bedroom. It is only available when I am away - it's not a hotel, you will be staying in my personal apartment living like a local. Please treat it with respect and care. Large living room with beautiful antique real leather Chesterfield couch that is also a pullout - cool for an extra person to sleep on if needed. Full kitchen with dishwasher, full fridge + freezer, dining table and fresh spring water cooler. Separate Workspace area. Large bathroom with bathtub and shower and washing machine (true new Yorkers know having a washer in the apartment is a luxury! no laundry mat visits needed!) Plenty of storage space. This is a BIG apartment for this area of New York - and the location is truly amazing. Looking to sublet for the whole the summer period . if the dates don't align exactly - just reach out and I can move things around if needed. My apartment is also dog friendly - just no cats as I am allergic and I don't want them to scratch my antique leather couch. Happy to do a tour of the apartment first to make sure it is suitable. There are 4 bodega/delis on the block, (one two doors down is one 24/7), CVS, Starbucks, biggest Wholefoods in Manhattan, and close to theatre district, Central Park. Lincoln center all an easy walk! Guest access you will have the place to yourself - with a private entrance as well also. Other things to note there is one flight of stairs - so no wheelchair access available unfortunately.
