The space The Colgate Lake Cabin has an open-plan ground floor with a comfortable living area that transitions to a large dining room and fully equipped kitchen with gas range. A wrap-around porch with outside seating is the spot to be in warmer weather. The cabin is sited adjacent a babbling brook with a large yard, fire pit and vegetable garden. The 3-upstairs bedrooms are newly carpeted. The master has a firm king bed, the second room a queen bed, and third has two twins. The upstairs bathroom is well appointed with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guest access The whole house and yard. It's very private. Other things to note The large wood-burning stove in the living room does a great job heating the whole house in the winter, and there is supplemental baseboard heating.
