OR ✔️ Overnight Stay: full access to both floors of the house (8pax). The space With 220 m² of private space on the ground floor, this house offers a complete structure for your moment of celebration or relaxation. The outdoor area features a 63 m² pool (9 x 7 meters, depth ranging from 1.15 to 2.20 m), surrounded by outdoor furniture such as loungers, umbrellas, bistro tables, and a chaise longue. The 50 m² covered gourmet area includes a barbecue grill, prep sink, and two dining tables with four chairs each. Right next to it, a cozy lounge can also be used as a bedroom, equipped with a TV and three beds that double as sofas — perfect for relaxing or accommodating up to three guests overnight. For those booking an overnight stay, the upper floor is also available, featuring a spacious living room with two sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a comfortable and complete home office — all with a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding forest. The house can be rented in two ways: 🌞 Day Use: from 10 AM to 10 PM, with access to the ground floor (pool and party area); 🛏️ Overnight Stay: full access to both floors — ideal for enjoying more than one day or attending shows at Morumbi Stadium, located just 850 meters away (10-minute walk!). Perfect for pre-show gatherings, celebrations, or extended stays with comfort and style. Guest access The entire space is private. The upper floor of the house is available only for overnight guests. Guests receive the electronic lock codes and can check in and check out independently. Other things to note *Information for Day Use:* DAY USE STARTS AT 9:00 AM AND EXTENDS UNTIL 9:00 PM. OVERNIGHT STAYS ARE NEGOTIATED SEPARATELY. 🎨 *Decoration Customization* ✔ Furniture can be rearranged as needed by guests, provided they are returned to their original positions before checkout. ✔ The use of inflatables in the pool is allowed without prior authorization. ⚠ Other floating decorative items in the water must be authorized in advance. ⚡ Electrical installations also require prior authorization. 📌 *Allowed:* - Fixing posters on the walls, as long as they do not damage the paint; - Using strings for balloons and decorations, provided they are removed upon exit; - Setting up open bar counters and similar setups, with full removal of items after use. 🍽 *Third-Party Services* You are free to hire: Catering, beer taps, bartenders, decorators, grillers, waitstaff, and other professionals for your event. 🧼 *Cleaning* The cleaning fee covers the sanitation of the space and fabrics after the stay. 🚫 It does not include dishwashing or collecting decorative items from the party. If these additional services are needed, a new fee equal to the original will be charged. The following will be provided: - 2 trash bags of 60L (must be tied and left in the trash can before checkout); - Detergent, cleaning cloths, broom, and squeegee. 💡 *Lighting* The lights for the stairs, pool, and deck turn on automatically at 6 PM. Other lights are activated by switches. 🎵 *Live Music and DJs* Live music and DJs are allowed, respecting the limit of 80 decibels, according to the Noise Law for daytime.
