Other things to note Lessee pays to Lessor the amount of (200 USD) in cash at the arrival as deposit. Such deposit shall be refunded to Lessee upon the expiry or termination of this Agreement and the return of the Leased Premises and fittings, in its original condition, as of the date of this Agreement, with the exception of reasonable wear and tear. Lessor shall deduct the value of any repairs.
