Guests have full access to the entire first level of the house, we ask that guests do not enter the basement. This house is located in a beautiful well established neighborhood. Need to charge your EV? The house offers a Tesla universal charging station that is located on the back side of the house and is available for all of our guests! There are two types of adapters available: NACS (used for all Tesla models) and a J1772. $250 fee will be charged if adapters/charger damaged or missing after check-out.
