The living room has a pullout sofa bed, two large comfy chairs and a 40 inch smart TV, WI-FI provided. The kitchen seats 9 at a bar height table. High chair provided. Fully stocked with: Pots, pans, skillets, crockpot, waffle maker, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, cooking oil, butter, waffle mix and syrup, salt, pepper, sugar, several spices and condiments, instant oatmeal, peanut butter, jelly, apple sauce, popcorn, paper towels. Coffee maker, single cup or pot, coffee pods and coffee, sugar, Splenda, creamers, tea bags, lemonade mix, hot chocolate mix, apple cider mix, bottled water, ice. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Robes, towels, wash clothes, hair dryer, TP, bath essentials like soap,shampoo, conditioner, baby shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, dental floss, razors, shaving cream and deodorant are provided, in case you forgot your own. Heating pad ( located in hall closet), ice pack (in fridge), just in case your travels caused aches and pains 🥴. Bedroom 1 has a new queen mattress and pillows with soft water proof protective covers. It has a 32 inch smart tv, arm chair and foot stool for work space. Large closet. Hangers. Bedroom 2 has twin bunk beds with a twin mattress trundle, (total 3 twin mattresses) new mattresses and pillows with soft water proof protective covers, 24 inch smart tv and desk space. Large closet. Hangers. Bedroom 3 has a new queen mattress and pillows with soft water proof protective covers and a unique rustic headboard to make it cozy. 32 inch smart tv, desk space. Large closet. Hangers. Pack and Play ( in hall closet) The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, laundry detergent, fabric softener, spot remover and bleach. Broom, dry dust mop, mop & mop bucket. The laundry room also has private desk area. The outside area is quite spacious with a large side yard. The backyard has a privacy fence with a fire pit (firewood provided). Charcoal grill, (charcoal and starter provided). Also seating and a swing. Rocking chairs and bench on the front porch. Our home is in a very small community. There are neighbors close by but it is a peaceful area. You will hear trains and some traffic. We are within walking distance of a country store (BAILEYS) that serves good breakfast, burgers etc and hand dipped ice cream. A Community Center is also within walking distance for events. Sidewalks for exercise. Two disc golf courses nearby. Leitchfield is ten minutes away and has lots of restaurants, Walmart, Dollar Stores, and Hospital. Close proximity to South Fork Motoplex, Pine Knob, Mammoth Cave, and both Nolin and Rough River State Parks. Entire house plus side room on garage for access to grill, swing cushions, firewood and garbage cans. You will have your privacy, you will only see me if you need assistance. Small, peaceful, rural community of MILLWOOD ( the address is Leitchfield) You will hear trains and some traffic. Private parking in two blacktopped drive ways. Easily park multiple vehicles, walking distance to Baileys Country Store, sidewalks thru our small community. You will need to drive about five miles to Leitchfield for restaurants, shopping and hospital. No pets. No smoking inside. (I have allergies) Vaping is fine
