Casa Cosaratu is a typical Asturian house, fully adapted and renovated for the comfort of our guests. Located in a privileged setting, surrounded by peaceful meadows, paths, and small rivers. Therefore, to preserve the peace and tranquility of the property, parties and events are not permitted, including those that use amplified music and run late into the night. The space Your house has 3 floors: a comfortable ground floor with a pellet fireplace, an open-plan living-dining room, and a kitchen with everything you need for carefree enjoyment. A central floor with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with unbeatable views, and... an entire open-plan living area equipped with toys and children's equipment adapted to the ages and needs of each group. The outdoor area has a large and beautiful garden with swings, a trampoline, and play equipment... overlooking the oak grove, where cows and horses are often present. Occasionally, you can see deer, wild boar, and birds of prey flying over the meadows of Casa Cosaratu. We have also set up an area with a large table and a fire pit that you are also welcome to use (seasonal). From there, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. Thanks to our privileged location, you'll be just a few miles from the best tourist spots such as Ribadesella (and its Tito Bustillo Rock Art Center), the Lakes of Covadonga, Lastres, Colunga and its MUJA (Jurassic Museum, a must-see for families), Cangas de Onís, Villaviciosa, and Arriondas (where the legendary Sella River Descent begins). The beaches of La Isla, La Espasa, and Rodiles, the coastal path from the Pría blowholes to Cuevas de Mar Beach (in Llanes), the Fito viewpoint, or the Redes and Picos de Europa Natural Parks, among many other unique spaces where you can connect with nature and relax with your family and friends.
