Guadalupe is a completely remodeled home that is perfect for a couple's getaway or beach retreat. This home is used regularly by the owners and you can tell by the attention to detail and extra amenities. The Guadalupe is only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, food trucks, and convenience stores. Surfside Texas offers a very laid-back vibe that will leave you relaxed and re-energized. The space This studio space boasts an open floor plan with a king size Murphy bed with a Casper mattress and queen size sleeper sofa. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find granite counter tops, bar seating, air fryer, toaster, french press, kettle, coffee pot, and more. The front porch is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the scenery. There is also a 70 inch TV, WIFI, washer/dryer, and book exchange. Guest access Private parking and smart lock. Other things to note Up to two small dogs welcome BUT must be pre-approved and confirmed when booking. A separate invoice will be sent after booking for a $50 pet fee per dog. Guests will be responsible for all damages. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. Dogs are not to be left alone unless they are familiar with being crated and can be crated without barking. If your dog barks while alone, please do not leave it alone. Dogs must be picked up after in the yard or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Unauthorized dog/animal will result in $400 fine.
