A must-see farm 1 hour from São Paulo

An old orange farm restored and transformed into a space to welcome family and friends. The living room with fireplace, TV room, barbecue area overlooking the greenery, pantry and kitchen are large, bright and delightful. For those who like children playing in the garden, lots of greenery and sunsets, this is the perfect place. The activities? Horses, fishing in the Paraíba River (river that passes through the farm), grassy beach tennis court, bike ride, jeep trails and wakeboard lessons in the surroundings. The space During the renovation, we maintained the typical characteristics of a farm, not changing the architecture but bringing comfort and updating the spaces, the goal is for us to live real days of tranquility and quiet. The bed linens and towels are great, new and very nice, all the sofas are new and very comfortable and most of the furniture was found and is vintage. Here are the numbers of guests per room. Bedroom 1 (2 adults and 2 children): queen size bed with pillow top + 2 single beds for children or teenagers Bedroom 2 (2 adults and 2 children): queen bed with pillow top and Simmons mattress + 2 single beds for children or teenagers Bedroom 3 (2 adults and 2 children): queen bed with pillow top and Simmons mattress + 1 single bed for children or teenagers Bedroom 4 (2 adults and 1 child): 2 adult single beds with Simmons mattresses + 1 single bed for children or teenagers Bedroom 5 (2 adults and 1 child): 2 single beds + 2 bunk beds for children or teenagers Bedroom 6 (up to 2 adults): This is a service room that can be used if guests want to bring their work team to assist. This dormitory can be set up with 1 double bed and 2 single beds or with 4 single beds. We can accommodate a maximum of 13 adults and 8 children as guests in the house. Guest access The guest will have access to all the spaces of the farm, the idea is that you really feel at home.
