Sitting at the end of the lake, this property has arguably the best view on Lake Limerick. The family room is perfect for cozy days playing games or entertaining with plenty of space. This single level cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances. Kitchen also has a Breville expresso machine with coffee provided. Laundry room has brand new washer, dryer and utility sink. Tvs have access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney+, please ensure to bring your account credentials with you. Guest access The whole property Other things to note Important information and house rules: -We have an older dock, please be cautious since it’s slightly unstable. Children should never be left unattended -Kayak Use Policy: Children are not permitted to use the kayaks without adult supervision. All guests using the kayaks must wear life jackets at all times for personal safety. There are no lifeguards on duty; guests swim and kayak at their own risk. For safety and in accordance with community guidelines, guests are kindly asked to avoid kayaking in the middle of the lake and to remain on the shoreside of the buoys. Kayak availability is seasonal and offered from May through September only. Outside of these months, kayaks are not available due to safety concerns, as water temperatures are extremely cold. This policy is in place to help ensure the safety and well-being of our guests -We do not have a garbage disposal or dishwasher -We are on a septic system - do not flush anything besides toilet paper -We are not able to recycle glass -Please be courteous and respectful our wonderful community. We have full-time resident neighbors to respect and be mindful of. -We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR PARTIES or gatherings. No undeclared/unregistered guests allowed. Upon prior approval, day time visitors may be approved up to a specific number. Please contact us personally -Garage is not available for guests; although there is adequate covered parking in the driveway -Cell service can be spotty at times for most providers. U.S. Cellular also works fairly well in this community. For T-mobile , Verizon and AT & T; once you connect to the wifi available in our home, you should be able to use your cell phone without your specific service provider -For long stays that are over a month, additional fees will apply. Guest will have to sign a contract. Please inquire for more details -No powerboats allowed -Access to Lake Limerick community parks requires a resident pass, which is not available for Airbnb guests.
