Built in 1915, this home features 2 bedroom/1 bath, living room, formal dining room and a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen features a coffee bar with a deluxe espresso and latte maker. Do not access the building in the back yard or go beyond the green chain link fence. Other things to note The home is on one of the two main roads in Holbrook. There will be traffic noise. Also, the home is about 1 block from an active railroad, the very one this town was built around! The train horn will be heard through the town and is active 24/7. If train noise is too much to handle, this location might not be the best. We do provide noise machines and ear plugs for those that need them. The front yard does not have a fence or gate.
