Cozy and warm on the inside with room to host 10 people. Simple on the outside, but seating on the front deck to sip coffee and watch the sunset. Picnic table on the front deck for a peaceful meal, and four picnic tables across the street right next to the beach to enjoy the views, share a meal, or to watch the Eagles. There is 100 feet of private beach, shared with the hosts. Each home owner on Jamestown Road owns the beach in front of their home, so we ask guests stay on our 100 feet of beach directly in front of the house, to respect our neighbors front “yards”.
