The kitchen is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge with an option to purchase local wine! The living room features a large smart TV and a cozy atmosphere. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, TV, and closet. *Rollaway twin bed in the closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV, and a closet. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, a twin pull-out chair, TV, and closet. A pack-n-play and twin-size air mattress are located in the closet. All the bedrooms have a ceiling fan and the windows have curtains that let in light. These are not blackout curtains. There are 2 full shared bathrooms. One has a double sink and a walk-in shower. The green bathroom has one sink and a shower. The laundry room is off the kitchen and has a washer and dryer. The game room is a great space to relax and unwind, complete with a TV, games, a dartboard, a foosball table, kid's books, toys, and a working gumball machine. All you need is a quarter! The outdoor patio is located off the game room where you can enjoy the open farmland and watch amazing sunsets. A wood fire pit is available for roasting s'mores, and a charcoal grill is located in the carport. The farmhouse features a one-step entrance from the carport with plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. This property is made for enjoyment!
